My background is in translational biomedical engineering at McGill University. Medical research is hard to describe in the terms funding programs use, and that translation is the work I do.
You work with me directly, from the first call to the end. I read your protocols, interview your team, write the technical report and work out which costs count. If the CRA or Revenu Québec asks questions about your claim, I answer them with you at no extra cost.
What you receive
For an SR&ED engagement, you receive a technical report, eligible cost schedules and credit calculations. You and your accountant review the package before anything is filed.
I handle the research and funding questions with you, including the arrangements between your corporation, hospital or university. You can explain the work in the terms your team uses.
Your accountant keeps your corporate tax return. I provide the claim package and stay available for questions from your accountant, the CRA or Revenu Québec. Review support is included in the agreed SR&ED fee.
